The EAP 7.4 Migration Guide should have a section documenting the removal of all MicroProfile extensions and subsystems that were present in EAP 7.3, efectivily removing support for the following MicroProfile specifications:

MicroProfile Config
MicroProfile Health
MicroProfile Metrics
MicroProfile Opentracing
MicroProfile REST Client

Apps using such technologies should be migrated to EAP 7.4 XP3.
