EAP XP only available for Zip and Containers not for RPMs

RPMs have the patch capability removed, since EAP rpms do not use 'patch apply', they just update the rpms via yum/dnf.

We only have EAP XP Zip and Containers, so it looks like we need to file a jira for docs to make it clear that you cannot use it with RPMs.
