Validate MP OpenTracing docs for XP 3

There will be carry-over documentation from XP 2 that may or may not be correct to include in XP 3. Please work with the documentation team to validate the content we're carrying over from XP 2 so that we don't include anything that is unsupported or supported differently in XP 3.
