The purpose of this JIRA is to track the migration of four release note from the CD-19 Release Notes guide. These four release note have already been verified by QE and were migrated to the 7.4.0 beta Release Notes guide from a CD-19 MR, but were commented out. I had to commented in these release notes, so they can appear in the published guide.
