This issue addresses  removing Solaris natives on SPARC from 7.4.0.Beta  and deprecating OpenShift templates in 7.4.Beta. The issue concerning Solaris native on SPARC is revised based on comment from bmaxwell: Add release note stating that SPARC support is removed in 7.4 beta.

We should keep eap74-beta-third-party-db-s2i.json in 7.4.0 Beta and document in the release notes that this is a known issue and we are deprecating it. The template should be removed in the 7.4.0 Final release
