Domain mode: wrong link to the web console on the welcome page?

      Go to http://localhost:8080, click the "Administration Console" link.

    Description

      When starting EAP in the domain mode, and visiting http://localhost:8080, the "Administration Console" link goes to http://localhost:8080/console, which redirects to http://localhost:8080/noconsole.html.

      Shouldn't it go to http://localhost:9990/console/index.html in this case instead?
