example-settings.xml bundled with maven-repository.zip for recent builds (EAP, EAP CP, EAP XP) contains HTTP url

As most of WF artifacts transitively depends on jboss-parent which is enforcing use of HTTPS urls for repositories, using such settings leads to failed build.

I think just making the url HTTPS is enough, if that repository is still the desired one to use.
