[QE] Console faulty test failures ...

Many tests in the console pipeline fail (e.g. because they rely on component ids,etc) without the issue to be real ...

I think there should be additional experience procedure testing about the console....

A set of basic experience test procedures (domain, standalone) that should be followed  during testing cycles with predetermined desired results ...
