(7.3.z) Incorrect license entries for Artemis AIO native library

This issue follows up on JBEAP-20204, where the libartemis-native library artifacts were renamed to match the expected names used by Artemis.

The artifacts are renamed when Galleon is generating the distribution, however, the license plugin is still using the original Group / Artifact to compute the used license. As a result, we get a distribution where the license names don't match with the used library names.
