[XP2] Remove the version.txt Galleon package from the eap-mp feature pack

The 'version.txt' Galleon package in the eap-mp feature pack puts down the version.txt file in the root of the installation. But the regular 'eap' feature pack already puts down that file.

The version of the server is the base EAP version, so what the base 'eap' feature pack puts down is what should take precedence. Right now it seems both are writing the same version (the base EAP one) so cleaning this up just saves the work of having to keep two files in sync in the source.

This XP2 variant of the issue has a higher JIRA Priority than the XP1 one as it is more likely the eap-mp variant of the file will get out of date as it is in a separate code base.
