In 7.0.0.DR13 there was jbossws-cxf of version 5.1.0.Final, depending on cxf 3.1.2-jbossorg-2 which contains addional fixes on top of 3.1.2

But in 7.0.0.ER2, there is a productized version of jbossws 5.1.0.Final-redhat-1, depending on cxf 3.1.2-redhat-1 which doesn't contain CXF-6552 + CXF-6517 + CXF-6198

This is a regression against EAP DR builds where schema import issue was not present and other fixes were in place.
