[GSS](7.3.z) HAL-1711 - ModclusterBalancerNodeColumn doesn't detect current path correctly

When navigating to (equivalent of) the following path in web console "Runtimes" tab:

/host=load-balancer/server=load-balancer/subsystem=undertow/configuration=filter/mod-cluster=load-balancer/balancer=mycluster

the console fails to load resource information, due to wrongly constructed resource path. See EAPSUP-282 for details.

Reproduction

• Deploy ejb-multi-server quickstart (configure domain according to quickstart instructions, deploy apps),
• create another server "load-balancer", which belongs to "load-balancer" group,
• in EAP web console, navigate to Runtimes > Hosts > master > load-balancer > Web > ModCluster > load-balancer > mycluster

Expected result:

Some nodes are listed in the Node column (the last column).

Actual result:

Error popup appears: "Last Operation Failed" "Unable to parse response with unexpected content-type text/html"
No nodes are listed in the Node column.
