(7.3.z) Failures in manualmode tests due to JBEAP-19701

    Description

      JBEAP-19701 introduced a regression in the manualmode tests causing consistent failures on the Windows CI for the following tests:

      • DistributableTestCase.testSessionReplicationorg.jboss.as.test.clustering.cluster.web
        CoarseHotRodPersistenceWebFailoverTestCase.testGracefulSimpleFailoverorg.jboss.as.test.clustering.cluster.web.remote
      • DwmAlwaysTestCase.testDoWorkorg.jboss.as.test.manualmode.jca.workmanager.distributed
      • DwmAlwaysTestCase.testStartWorkorg.jboss.as.test.manualmode.jca.workmanager.distributed
      • DwmAlwaysTestCase.testScheduleWorkorg.jboss.as.test.manualmode.jca.workmanager.distributed
      • DwmNeverTestCase.testScheduleWorkorg.jboss.as.test.manualmode.jca.workmanager.distributed
      • DwmWatermarkTestCase.testWatermarkPolicyorg.jboss.as.test.manualmode.jca.workmanager.distributed
