(7.3.z) Identity is not propagated to EJB when using MicroProfile JWT

      This is to incorporate the following changes:
      https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly-core/pull/4276
      https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly/pull/13419

      Note: A tag of WildFly Core will be required before the EAP side can be merged. The EAP backport will also need to exclude the JWT/EJB test case as although this PR is to fix propagation MicroProfile JWT is not present in the base EAP 7.3.x.
