[GSS](7.3.z) HAL-1698 - IE browser : Unable to add new server-group via management console

      1. Start the EAP 7.3.1 using domain on windows machine.
      2. Access the management console using IE browser.
      3. Navigate to Runtime-> server-groups -> add new server group. 
      4. Click on "Profile" or "socket binding group". It gives "Internal Error Details". No detail info.
