    Description

      The readItem() and processItem() methods throw skippable exceptions that are configured to set the transaction status to be rollback-only. The expectation is to skip the current item that caused this skippable exception and also rollback the transaction associated with the current chunk. The next data item should start a new transaction but is failing due to re-use of the failed transaction.
