No response on default endpoint that JBDS opens upon deployment in microprofile-* QS

    Description

      When deploying EAP XP QS microprofile-* within JBDS, it tries to open http://localhost:8080/microprofile-*/ by default, which is empty for these QS and throws an error.

      Consider adding some response to the default endpoint to prevent the error in JBDS.

      This affects all microprofile-* QS delivered with EAP XP.
