      use jboss-cli works, but the UI failed.

      in the JBoss admin console, browse the messaging/queues/DLQ, can see the message ID's (not contents), chose and ticked a message, pressed 'move ' and chose another queue, but it reported that 'Last operation failed' with '"WFLYCTL0155: 'new-priority' may not be null".
