Since there will be no documentation for CD19 except for Release Notes, CD19 Release Notes should reference no other CD19 documentation.

In the only note in the section 1.1. Differences Between JBoss EAP and JBoss EAP Continuous Delivery, there are referenced OpenShift guides. Those should be removed, or target CD18 documentation.

It could be also useful/less confusing for users if we mention in Release Notes that there is intentionally no other documentation for CD19.
