(7.3.z) HAL-1680 - Take a Tour needs is not loading RBAC pages properly

      3. Click "Next" in "Take a Tour" until you'll reach RBAC page.
      4. The first hint will appear, but remaining two won't.

    Description

      When using the "Take a Tour" option in web console, user needs to click for several resources manually to reveal hints provided by the "Take a Tour" functionality. The root cause is probably wrong URL paths, that this functionality requires when dealing RBAC pages, when the tour expects path=access-control-browse-by~users in the URL but the information is shown at path=access-control-browse-by~access-control-browse-by-users, same goes for roles
