Fix OpenShift templates instructions in OpenShift documentation

    Description

      As explained in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/JBEAP-19096, the EAP documentation for OpenShift mentions the incorrect branch for the OpenShift templates in https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_jboss_enterprise_application_platform/7.3/html-single/getting_started_with_jboss_eap_for_openshift_container_platform/index#deploy_eap_s2i.

      It must use SOURCE_REPOSITORY_REF=7.3.x-openshift instead of SOURCE_REPOSITORY_REF=openshift as described in the workaround for https://issues.redhat.com/browse/JBEAP-19096
