For the release of EAP 7.3.0.GA, we must deliver EAP images for OpenShift that contains the content of the 0-day patch that will be applied to EAP installation.

Given that the architecture of the EAP images relies on a Maven repository and provisioning the server, applying the 0-day patch is not applicable.

We must create a new version of EAP that contains 7.3.0.GA + the changes from the 0-day and create a new build from that.
This build can then be productized and the image for the GA release will be created from this build.
