JBoss EAP 7.2 cluster formation fails on Azure

We are planning to setup JBoss eap 7.2 cluster on azure platform. Followed the documentation given at https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_jboss_enterprise_application_platform/7.2/html-single/using_jboss_eap_in_microsoft_azure/index)
But cluster formation fails with the following error message
