EE Security documentation implies Elytron must be used

The following chapter describes EE security but jumps straight to steps describing how to activate it with WildFly Elytron: -

The default configuration is already enabled to work with the legacy security subsystem and the PicketBox JASPIC implementation so we likely need an additional paragraph to clarify the Elytron steps are only required if switching to use WildFly Elytron.
