Update eap amq-s2i-* templates to use latest AMQ image streams

    Description

      There is used legacy AMQ image stream name in eap-cd-amq-s2i-* templates, for example [1]:

                                  "from": {
                                "kind": "ImageStreamTag",
                                "namespace": "${IMAGE_STREAM_NAMESPACE}",
                                "name": "amq-broker-72-openshift:1.1"
}

      makes false impression that amq-broker-72-openshift should be imported but the latest one is AMQ 7.5 [2].
