IIRC, Release Notes should not contain New Features that are not applicable for CD release (Web Console, Domain Mode etc.). Generally, it should apply to every guide where a New Feature is mentioned.

I was told this content will be commented out while updating docinfo attribute for CD release. Nevertheless I would rather create a blocker JIRA as I didn't get an absolute confirmation of commenting out the content.
