Editing Config map or Secret object could lead to project inconsistencies

This one is to make sure that discussion from WFWIP-189 will be covered by documentation.

Kubernetes behaves in a way that neither ConfigMap nor Secret instances are versioned - no rolling update on update - this could lead to inconsistencies reported as WFWIP-189.
