Jakarta EE bom update needed at EAP Developer and Migration Guides

      The javaee8-* BOMs were renamed to jakartaee8-* by WFLY-12468 and JBEE-246, and such change needs to be reflected on product documentation.

      A new section should also be added to Migration Guide, documenting the need for users to replace the old BOM maven coordinates with the new ones.
