[CD18] Clarification of "Postgres Plus 10" support

"Enterprise DB Postgres Plus Advanced Server 10" is deprecated in 7.3 beta release notes.

There needs to be clarified whether "Enterprise DB Postgres Plus Advanced Server 10" should be deprecated in CD18 as well, or removed.
