Release Notes - Empty Fixed CVEs section

"Chapter 5. Fixed CVEs" has no content. I am not certain if all fixed CVEs need to be present here, or if only a subset. In either case, one of two actions should be taken:

• list the fixed CVEs, or:
• remove the chapter, or state that 7.3.Beta includes no fixed CVEs (as was in CD17)

The same goes for Known Issues section, which has also been removed with bulk81, but there are known issues.
