A Migration Tool is not provided nor supported with CD releases. Still, at the moment the related Migration Tool Guide is being published. Even though it is hidden from customers on main CD documentation page customer is able to access it via approximately dozen of cross-reference links from other documentation guides.

I propose to stop publishing Migration Tool Guide for CD releases at all. To avoid possible dead links in our documentation, we can alternate links to a Migration Tool Guide with some NOTE/Warning message or remove them at all, based on the particular context.
