Messaging with combination of ASYNC IO journal and nio connectors achieve much worse performance then same combination on EAP 6.4.3.GA.
6.4.3.GA can hit 260SMAgents, while 7.0.0.DR12 (and older DR builds) can hit 200SMAgents top. I'm providing configs with collected profiling data from flight recorder (collected from single node run on localhost with 80SMAgents).
