If you change a attribute which needs server reload/restart then you can see green message which says you what subsystem was changed and later you can see orange message which says you only "The server configuration changed.".

This is really not much helpful. Please, change the message to something informative. E.g. in case of restart/reload I would propose to seeing message kind of "Some of the servers needs to be reloaded/restarted". Or something similar as the full message shows.

The attached images shows the non informative behaviour and the full message which finally shows what happens.
