Timeout exception when reloading server which needs restart

      This is rather user experience enhancement than a issue for needed to be fix in upcoming EAP ER series. Leaving only as an upstream issue.

      1. Run server in standalone-full.xml configuration
      2. Configuration > Transactions - change jts parameter to true
      3. Runtime > Standalone Server > reload
      4. You can see first red message "Unknown error" and in a while orange message "Your request time out".

      If I'm reloading server (Runtime > Standalone Server > Reload) as being before set some attribute which needs server restart then reload finished with message "Your request time out". Despite that the server is reload in beneath.
