    Description

      We had a support escalation where the customer suggested that our upgrade documentation might be missing information necessary to upgrade.

      "Product comment: Changes that are required for the upgrade are not well documented. It would really help if there are really good working examples that are easy to follow."

      We might want to consider pulling something from that for the upgrade guide and/or linking to the article for additional information.
