EAP on OpenShift on JDK 11 + UBI 8 OpenShift image

#4: we need docs coverage in the EAP on OS 7.2 docs of the impacts from having JDK 11 and UBI 8 available.

A key point is this image stream will have two significant differences from the JDK8+RHEL7 stream beyond the different image names and different underlying JDK and OS:

a) We will not be providing drivers for postgres, mysql and mongodb. Users will have to provide their own. This definitely has docs impact.
b) If the user configures the Hawkular agent, that will be ignored, as that agent does not work on JDK 11. (I don't believe we document use of Hawkular but it not being supported is worth noting.)
