      6.7.1. Configuring a JGroups Discovery Mechanism

      After https://issues.jboss.org/browse/CLOUD-3176 the recommended DNS_PING protocol is dns.DNS_PING instead of openshift.DNS_PING. Both openshift.DNS_PING and openshift.KUBE_PING are still available, but deprecated.

      Note that this change comes into effect only with the release of https://errata.devel.redhat.com/advisory/41550 . The documentation update should be timed to not come sooner than this.
