[ALL LANG] Unable to click ON or OFF button of Tail Mode again in server log page of Runtime - Monitor - Log Files

      1. Click Runtime from the top navigation bar.
      2. Click on server name from left under Server.
      3. Under Monitor, click Veiw to check the details for Log Files.
      4. Click ON/OFF button of Tail Mode.
      5. Refresh and back to click ON/OFF button of Tail Mode again.
