Update the Using the JTA Crash Recovery Application section of the OCP guide.

Step 2.iv of the OCP guide [1] states:

Notice how the table row containing the Mercedes entry is updated with updated via JMS on eap-app-2-r00gm host.

This sentence should be reworded to remove the hostname and correct the double "updated *".
