EAP now bundles Hibernate Validator 6.0.x

Development Guide -> Chapter 13. Bean Validation

Chapter references Hibernate Validator 5.3.x, but EAP now bundles 6.0.x. All occurrences of 5.3.x should be updated to 6.0.x.

Also when we have section (New) Features of Hibernate Validator 5.3.x we should probably add section with new features of Hibernate Validator 6.0.x. – http://hibernate.org/validator/releases/6.0/

Hibernate Validator 6.0.x was introduces to EAP in https://issues.jboss.org/browse/EAP7-907
