Web console changes - updates required for GA

JBEAP-15165 updated most of the EAP doc set with the new HAL web console. There are a few outstanding areas that need attention before 7.2 GA.

1. Patching a ZIP/Installer Installation
   • Update the "Applying a Patch to JBoss EAP Using the Management Console" section with the new steps.
   • We need a patch to be able to test rolling back a patch. Then update "Rolling Back a Patch Using the Management Console" with the new steps.
2. Manage Prepared Transactions Using the Management Console
   • This feature hasn't been implemented in the new console yet. Need to determine whether it will get in for GA. If so, we need to update instructions. If not, we may need to remove/comment this out.
3. Change the Language of the Management Console
   • The HAL in the most recent EAP build was not built with localization enabled. Need a new build and then update this section. If not done by GA, this section must be removed.
4. Deploy an Application to a Standalone Server Using the Management Console
   • Here (and possibly elsewhere) we say that deployments, at least in standalone mode, are enabled by default, which they were in 7.1. They currently are not. HAL-1513 was opened to enable by default. If not done for GA, will need to update the docs.
