Remove duplicated and trivial CLI examples from Configuration Guide

There are multiple CLI commands for setting different attributes of log handlers in CLI. These examples are trivial and duplicated as there are several log handlers with the same attributes. Management CLI guide shows how to set an attribute for a resource, let's not duplicate the information. Configuration Guide should only show non-trivial complex configs like setting SSL connection for a socket-handler -i.e. set of steps to achieve a goal.
