Currently, there is no clarity over precedence when it comes to loading the file and how is the configurations for different clients are resolved.

There should be more details on the behavior of how client configuration resolution works and its precedence.

Like,
1) When is wildfly-config.xml considered and when it's ignored?
2) Is there changes in the way configuration is loaded for a standalone client vs client deployed on EAP?
