[ALL LANG][Installer] Simplified Chinese cannot be selected by default from the language list in 'Plese select your language' dialog when running installer in zh_CN locale.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install latest beta installer build in zh_CN locale via:
LANG=zh_CN.UTF-8
java -jar jboss-eap-7.2.0.Beta-installer.jar
2. Check if the language is selected by default to Simplified Chinese in 'Please select your language' dialog.

Actual results:
Simplified Chinese cannot be selected by default from the language list in 'Plese select your language' dialog when running installer in zh_CN locale.

Expected results:
Simplified Chinese should be selected by default.
