[EAP71][OpenShift] Simplify first command in "5.1.2. Deployment" chapter

    Description

      Once the https://issues.jboss.org/browse/CLOUD-2766 is merged then the first command in the chapter 5.1.2. Deployment can be simplified.
      The following can be omitted (but I suggest to try it out):
