Invalid value seems to be saved when configuring Batch subsystem

      1. using web console go to Batch susbsystem configuration
      2. switch to Thread Pools
      3. create thread pool with valid values
      4. edit created pool, change priority to invalid value, e.g. 99
      5. save

    Description

      Invalid value seems to be saved.
      After refresh there is back the original value.
      Priority is minor since there is at least error message.
