Logmanager tests FilterTests and LoggerTests started to fail on ibm-java-1.8 after Logmanager upgrade from 2.0.8.Final-redhat-1 to 2.0.10.Final (JBEAP-14446). All the test methods are failing with the error message
The LogManager was not properly installed (you must set the "java.util.logging.manager" system property to "org.jboss.logmanager.LogManager")
The stacktrace is:

This property (java.util.logging.manager) is set for the tests in the maven-surefire-plugin:
<java.util.logging.manager>org.jboss.logmanager.LogManager</java.util.logging.manager>
The tests were also ran on the previous java version with the same results.

It might be an unrelated issue, but another three tests are failing now with the "java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)" exception (PeriodicRotatingFileHandlerTests, PeriodicSizeRotatingFileHandlerTests and SizeRotatingFileHandlerTests).
