Bug in migration tool for Elytron config

Customer is trying to upgrade from EAP 6.4 to EAP 7.1 using the migration tool. EAP 6.4 starts up successfully with no errors. But, when running the migration tool on their standalone.xml they get this error:

Elytron is a new system added in EAP 7.1 and as such does not exist in their EAP 6.4 standalone.xml.
