CD.14: Update the documentation to default to Java EE 8

Description

    CD.14 will default to Java EE 8. We need to update the documentation as follows:

    • Update references to Java EE 7 to say Java EE 8.
    • Update Javadoc links to use the Java EE 8 APIs.
    • Remove any discussion of `ee8.preview.mode`.
