[GSS](7.1.z) No need to store CA cert redundantly for Elytron LDAP keystore

    Description

      When configuring truststore of Elytron LDAP keystore, an ldap entry of CA certificate must have 3 attribute, "userCertificate;binary", "userSMIMECertificate", and "userPKCS12" redundantly. It should be stored in either of them.
